Fried Norwegian clipfish with orange flavoured breading

  • Heat the frying oil at 175°C.

  • In the meantime, cut the fish into cubes of about 4 cm.

  • Grate the orange zest and mix it with the breadcrumbs.

  • In a separate bowl, beat the egg.

  • Dip the fish in the beaten egg, then in the orange flavoured breadcrumbs.

  • Deep fry for a couple of minutes, until golden and crispy.
