Preparation
- Cut the plaice in thick strips. 
- Heat oil in a wok or deep frying pan and fry the fish for approx. 1 minute. Remove from the pan and put aside. 
- Cut the vegetables on strips, pan-fry for 2-3 minutes and add soy sauce. 
- Mix potato flour with the fish stock and add to the wok. Stir well and bring to a boil. 
- Add sweet and sour sauce and taste with salt and pepper. 
- Gently mix the fish with the vegetables and heat it for approx. 1 minute. 
Serve the wok with rice.
