Tacos with Norwegian prawns

Prawns go great in so many different recipes. In this one, we will be marinating the prawns in a sweet and sour sauce and serving them in tacos. Simple and delicious!

  • Mix the sweet and sour sauce with the prawns and set aside.
  • Warm the tortilla wraps according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Finely chop the red onion and chili, dice the avocado into cubes and chop the lettuce into strips.
  • Mix the guacamole ingredients together, squeeze in the lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
  • Toast sesame seeds in a dry frying pan and set on a sheet of kitchen paper.
  • Add the sesame seeds to the prawns and mix well.
  • Place the guacamole mix and the prawns on a tortilla wrap.
  • Sprinkle over the grated cheese and serve.

Tip! You can use both tortilla wraps and shells for this recipe. Use whatever is your favourite.
