  • Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper and lemon zest.
  • Wash the zucchini and slice thinly.
  • Layer the zucchini slices on the salmon fillets, season with a little salt and olive oil and bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
  • Serve with chopped tomatoes.
