Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into large chunks.
Cook in boiling salted water with a little oil.
When tender drain and mash them, add some cooking broth if necessary, stir well and taste with salt.
Sprinkle salt on the Norwegian salmon loins, brush with oil and cook them on a hot pan for 2 minutes on each side.
Serve the Norwegian Salmon loins with mashed potatoes sprinkled with chopped parsley.
