Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C. 
- Place the salmon in an oven-proof dish greased with a little oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in four and pick the leaves off the thyme twig. 
- Thinly slice the garlic and mix with cherry tomatoes, thyme and olive oil. 
- Cover the salmon with the mix and add white wine to the dish. 
- Add butter to the wine and bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes. 
Serve with potatoes, rice or salad.
