Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Dice onion, cut tomato into slices and finely chop garlic and chili.
- Sauté onion and garlic in a little olive oil until the onion is golden.
- Add chili and tomato purée, and let simmer with the onion.
- Pour in white wine and taste the sauce with sugar, salt and pepper.
- Place the Skrei and tomato slices in an ovenproof dish.
- Cover the fish with the sauce and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
- Serve with bread on the side.
